This image is an example of an oxymoron. An oxymoron is when two contradictory terms are combined. In this case, the sign is asking illiterate people to write them for help in becoming literate. This is contradictory because illiterate people are unable to read, much less write. It would be like telling a deaf person to say 'hello'. This sign was probably made by jokesters or really stupid people.
I'd say that this is a good example of a paradox, or an oxymoron, since the idea expressed in the image is controversial and inconsistent. The text in the image says to ignore the text, yet the arrows pointing towards the text imply otherwise. Have you ever tried to look at some words without reading them? This is much like it. It tells you not to read yet it directs your attention to it.
This is a great example of an oxymoron since the text contradicts the image. There is text on a stone which says that nothing is written in stone (except this). Obviously what the text implies is that your future is not decided yet. That you make your future. Maybe by writing in stone that nothing is written in stone your expressing that the fact that this idiom is written in stone, it means that there are no pre-decided futures.
